According to PvPGN Europe, they have released PvPGN version 1.4.1 that fixes the following issues according to the README:

-- Fixed isssues when other game clients were in a channel and a war3x client joined the channel, other game clients would disconnect.

-- Fixed a major memory leak

-- Fixed the Channel List Button and how it wasn't displaying channels correctly

-- Fixed a few other smaller issues for misc game support.

As far as we know, this is the only version of PvPGN that currently supports WarCraft III Beta.  We have heard rumors of other versions being released but we know of no such versions and have not seen them.
